General Manager
The General Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating all activities of a Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service office. The General Manager manages the P&L, steers sales, and provides leadership to all staff and processes for the center.

Service Technician
The Service Technician conducts diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial heating, cooling, and related equipment and accessories. The Service Technician speaks with residential and/or commercial customers to respond to their questions, resolve concerns, and verify complete customer satisfaction. The person filling the position also recommends products and services and works under the guidance of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.

Installation Technician/Installation Helpers
The Installation Technician conducts heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial jobsites. The person in the role also performs installation and service on indoor air quality equipment and accessories, as well, and has the ability to understand controls and wiring diagrams and schematics.

Customer Service Specialist
The Customer Service Specialist handles customer inquiries, grievances, and billing questions with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to solve customer complaints with a same-call resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also charged with helping with day-to-day function of the Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service office.

Dispatcher
The Dispatcher, using company radio and pager policies, dispatches appointments to Maintenance Technicians, Installers, and Service Technicians. The person in the role also interacts with the customer to ensure the customer is aware of scheduled appointments, reply to inquiries, and to help resolve problems. The Dispatcher efficiently plans and routes the most appropriate technicians using established company processes.
